Description
This Grand Cru comes from the Yunnan region in China. The tea, known as Zi Juan, is made from the purple leaves of the Da Ye tea bush. It is particularly rich in anthocyanins and is celebrated for its antioxidizing qualities.
A gourmet, extremely aromatic tea characterised by its fruity, woody notes and its sweet flavour.

With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
