Description
Castleton tea estate was founded in Kurseong valley in 1885 and has since become one of Darjeeling's most iconic gardens. Spring flushes stand out thanks to their particularly rich and complex range of fragrances.
This first flush Darjeeling reveals almond, floral and fruity notes that develop against a refined, powdered texture.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
