Plants that create a delicious acidic sensation: Hibiscus flowers, Blackberry leaves.
It is absolutely caffeine-free and delicious either hot or iced.

Suggestion of preparation
How to prepare this infusion hot:
Infuse 10 g (0.3OZ) of Forest garden in 50 cl of filtered water at 170°F for 4 min.
How to prepare this infusion iced:
Infuse 15 g of Forest garden in 50 cl of filtered water at room temperature for 1 hour. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
