Cocktail au Chaï Impérial


  • 5 teabags or 2 tbsp (10g) Imperial Chai in a large filter
  • ½ litre filtered water
  • 4 tbsp orange blossom honey
  • 2 tbsp concentrated lime juice (Pulco® brand or similar)


  • Infuse the tea for 4 minutes in water heated to 90°C.
  • Add the honey and leave to cool in the fridge.
  • Once chilled, add the lime concentrate.

Serving suggestion

Serve the cocktail in a glass garnished with a cinnamon stick.
