Chaï Impérial cocktail
4 glasses Alcohol-free
- 5 teabags or 2 tbsp (10g) in a large filter
- ½ litre filtered water
- 4 tbsp orange blossom honey
- 2 tbsp concentrated lime juice (Pulco® brand or similar)
- Infuse the tea for 4 minutes in water heated to 90°C.
- Add the honey and leave to cool in the fridge.
- Once chilled, add the lime concentrate.
Serve the cocktail in a glass garnished with a cinnamon stick.
