Thé N°31 Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 20 g Green tea N°31
  • 10 mL elderflower liqueur
  • Sparkling wine

Preparation

  • Steep 20 g of tea in 400 mL of filtered water at 75°C (165°F) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  • Pour 80 mL of tea into a champagne flute.
  • Add 10 mL elderflower liqueur
  • Top with sparkling wine

Serving suggestion

For a non-alcoholic drink, use elderflower syrup and fizzy water instead of elderflower liqueur and sparkling wine.
