Thé N°31 Cocktail
1 glass With alcohol
- 20 g
- 10 mL elderflower liqueur
- Sparkling wine
- Steep 20 g of tea in 400 mL of filtered water at 75°C (165°F) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Pour 80 mL of tea into a champagne flute.
- Add 10 mL elderflower liqueur
- Top with sparkling wine
For a non-alcoholic drink, use elderflower syrup and fizzy water instead of elderflower liqueur and sparkling wine.
