For the summer season, Palais des Thés offers this tea in a limited edition format ideal for preparing iced tea: the berlingot. Each of the four XL tea bags contained in a berlingot makes 50 cl of hot or cold beverage!
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Infuse 1 XL Genmaicha Yama tea bag for 50cl of ambient temperature water during 30 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Take 1 XL Genmaicha Yama tea bag for 50cl of filtered water at 75°C for 3mn.
