Medicinal plants in this herbal tea
Turmeric has been used in ayurvedic medicine for millennia, and contains curcumin, a compound with powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Liquorice is a herbaceous plant with sweet and aromatic roots. Since Antiquity, it has been renowned for its medicinal properties and for its use in confectionery. Liquorice is often used to promote digestive health.
Lemon verbena can be identified by its refreshing, lemon-scented fragrance. It is also well known for its soothing effect on the digestive system and for its potential for relieving stress and anxiety.

How to prepare this infusion hot :
Infuse 16g (0.60OZ) of Turmeric, Liquorice, Verbena - L'Herboriste N°119 Organic in 1L of filtered water at 90°C (195°F) for 6 min.

apple*, cinnamon*, ginger*, lemon balm*, lemon verbena* (10%), licorice* (9%), lemongrass*, lemon myrtle*, turmeric* (3%), pink pepper*, chilli*.

Average nutritional value per 100 ml: Energy 3 kJ/1 kcal. This herbal tea contains negligible amounts of fat, including saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates including sugars, proteins and salt.
