Medicinal plants in this herbal tea

How to prepare this infusion hot :
Infuse 16g (0.60OZ) of Organic Limeflower, Chamomile, Orange blossom - l’Herboriste N°74 in 1L of filtered water at 90°C (195°F) for 5 min.
apple*, orange peel*, chamomile* (10%), lemon verbena*, lemon balm*, limeflower* (4.5%), nettle*, natural orange blossom flavour (1%), orange essential oil*.
*Organically grown ingredients.
Average nutritional value per 100 ml: Energy 3 kJ/1 kcal. This herbal tea contains negligible amounts of fat, including saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates including sugars, proteins and salt.

Nice tea with a soft tones with 'layers' and of course organic is a big bonus. Not a very outspoken taste, but for this tea that is just fine. I think I will order it again, but I would have to drink it a bit more to be sure of that.
