Description
Mr Kawaguchi applies a kohiki, or “ground powder”, glaze, to this elegant cup. This Japanese technique was inspired by the practices of Korean potters.
The cup is then finished by hand with a brushstroke that blends into the glaze in a way that’s unique to each piece.
Advices
Not suitable for microwave use or dishwashers. It is best to wash the Kohiki cup by hand to avoid any damage.
