Description
This small artisanal Ding Dong batch is produced by the Wang family. It is a Grand Cru from the famous Nantou Province that is gently charcoal roasted by a master roaster.
An extremely fruity gourmet tea that with delicate woody notes that deliver a lovely finish.

With the tasting set: 6' minutes in water heated to 195°F.
