Description
This delicious Mao Cha comes from Wawee village where there has been a Chinese community since the 1940s. It is harvested on a plantation where there are tea bushes that are almost 400 years old.
A smooth, dark tea with vegetal notes against a fruity background.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set or a teapot: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
