Ever since colonial times, the English have created tea blends (Darjeeling, Indonesia, Ceylon), using varying proportions depending on the time of day: teas with more body in the morning and lighter ones in the afternoon. In line with this tradition Le Palais des Thés has created blends whose balance is geared to different moments of the day.

With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
