Description
Dan Cong is native to Phoenix mountain, Guangdong province. This type of tea is characterised by large brown twisted leaves with copper highlights. It is made from the Xing Ren Xiang cultivar, whose name means "almond fragrance".
An exceptionally stylish, sweet and subtly sour oolong, which develops yellow fruit, citrus and white flower notes.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
