Description
Puttabong is located in the village of Tukvar, in northern Darjeeling. The tea garden shared its name with the village until it was split in two: Puttabong and North Tukvar. Founded in 1855, it is the oldest tea garden in the region, as well as one of the most renowned and prestigious of its kind.
This first flush Darjeeling develops camphor, vegetal and almond notes, supported by a subtly powdered texture.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
