Description

A remarkable green tea with twisted leaves, rather than folded like the Sencha teas. This intensifies its dark green colour which is a sign of great quality in this type of tea. It is milder than many Japanese green teas, with a silky, subtle liquor and a fragrant infusion.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 75°C.

Strangely, some time ago the tea seemed to be more aromatic.

This is my favorite tea. I drink it in the morning before breakfast. It is fresh and it has good grassnotes that I like in Japanese green tea.
