Description
This Mao Cha is harvested in Hà Giang, Vietnam. It is produced using Shan tea plants, which grow at almost 1,500 metres above sea level along the Tay Con Linh mountain. This Mao Cha is a raw tea, from which shaded tea bricks are produced.
A Grand Cru with a powdery texture against which develop intense vegetal, fruity and mineral fragrances.

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
