Description
This Grand Cru is from Phoenix Mountain, Yunnan province, China. It is harvested at over 1,700 metres above sea level, and benefits from a mild climate all year round. The leaves have been fermented for 45 days, and then stored in a dry environment for 3 years.
A shu pu erh characterised by powerful humus, undergrowth and mushroom notes which develop against a smooth texture.
