Anapurna is a new tea garden in Nepal located near the legendary town of Pokhara. It is the site of a wide range of luxurious teas such as this delicious black tea with indulgent fragrances.
A Nepalese second flush tea with a complex aromatic profile characterised by floral, honeyed and cocoa notes which develop against a very smooth texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
