Description
This small plantation is located at an altitude of around 1,500 metres, near the border with India and the plantations of Darjeeling. Every year, it produces its flagship tea, "Arya Tara Wonder". This is a summer flush of this iconic Cru.
This Nepalese second flush tea has a surprise aromatic profile, including bergamot orange and rose notes which develop against a silky texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
