Description
This oolong is produced in Nantou, where it is rolled into pearls. This tea stands out through its particularly intense oxidation process, which causes the tea to develop honeyed notes, and its leaves to turn an especially deep colour.
Its honeyed, fruity and vanilla notes blend with a subtly sweet taste, and develop to perfection against a highly round texture.
