Description
Harvested in Ozurgeti in the Guria province of Georgia, it is the country's first dark tea.
During manufacture the producers use the same technique as a pu erh shu and accelerate the fermentation of the leaves.
A smooth Grand Cru with surprisingly intense earthy, hummus and black mushroom notes.
