This superb tea hails from the Chiang Mai region of Thailand, where the Assamica tea plants grow high up on Doi Pu Muen mountain. It is made entirely by hand.

An intense Grand Cru characterised by powerful cocoa, woody and honeyed fragrances, as well as a stylish powdered texture.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set or a teapot: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
