Ingredients

  • 6 teaspoons of Andalusian Garden
  • 1 fl.oz Cîroc Pineapple
  • A ‘dash’ (10 single drops) of Vineyard Peach Cream Liquor

Preparation

  • Place 6 teaspoons of Andalusian Garden (loose leaf tea in a filter) in 25 fl.oz filtered hot water
  • Let the tea infuse 20 minutes, remove the filter with the tea leaves and leave the infusion in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours
  • Mix the Tea with Vineyard Peach Cream Liquor and Ciroc Pineapple directly in a highball style glass
  • Top with Tonic Water

Serving suggestion

Serve the cocktail in a highball style glass with ice and add a grapefruit zest as a garnish.
