This unusual tea is delicious either hot or iced and pairs well with meals.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 75°C.
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 20g in 1L of water at room temperature 30min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 75°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.
