Grand Yunnan Imperial is the most popular single-origin tea at Palais des Thés. It has converted many coffee drinkers and is an excellent substitute for coffee at the start of the day.

Colour: A beautiful amber colour. A supple, smooth texture with a delicate astringency
Aromas: waxed wood, honey and a few animal notes
Profile in the mouth: very well balanced, with the notes following the texture beautifully
