Description
Huo Shan Huang Ya is one of the most famous yellow teas. Its name means "golden buds of Mount Huo", referring to the finesse of the harvest and its place of production. It comes from the region of Anhui.
A spring yellow tea with elegant nutty and vegetal notes that develop against a smooth texture. A very special tea!
TO GO FURTHER
‵‵Pre-Qingming′′ means that this tea was harvested just before the ‵‵festival of pure light′′ (festival of the deceased in China) and marks the beginning of the harvest of new season teas. All the teas harvested before this date are particularly prestigious because of the extreme fineness of the plucking and the tiny quantities that are produced.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
