Description
Huo Shan Huang Ya is one of the most famous yellow teas. Its name means "golden buds of Mount Huo", referring to the finesse of the harvest and its place of production. It comes from the region of Anhui.
A spring yellow tea with refined hazelnut and vegetal notes that develop against a boundlessly oily texture. A very special tea!

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
