This tea is harvested along the heights of Kalapani. It is made by Apsara, a very talented 24 year old woman who shares her name with a celestial nymph in the Hindu religion. What better way to illustrate this beautiful tea's spiritual elegance?

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
