Located in the village of Fikkal, La Mandala is one of the smallest tea factories in Nepal. It produces gorgeous teas all year round. This black tea is produced during the autumn.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
