Rich and sensual, Thé des Amants is a voluptuous and fragrant blend of black tea, apple, almond, cinnamon and vanilla, spiced up with a hint of ginger.
Black teas, which the Chinese call red tea due to the coppery colour of the infusion, are teas whose leaves have undergone full oxidation.
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 95°C and 25cl of hot milk for 4min.

This is the ideal evening tea I particularly like it when it gets chilly. Coupled with some lemon, ginger and honey it is the ultimate pick me up.

I have been drinking this tea every Tuesday morning with friends fir 7 years! It is very robust in flavor. I have never wanted to try another one since having it.Add a little ginger and lemon to it!!

I bought this at one Dubai restaurant while my holiday there a year ago. I have this with ginger and honey, it tastes very special that I never had before. Smell cinnamon ! And tasted match well with ginger!! Love it but cannot found it in Hong Kong!
