Description
This Grand Cru comes from the Norling tea garden, located at an altitude of 1,600 metres in the Ilam Valley, Nepal. While it is a relatively new garden, Norling can nonetheless draw from the wealth of experience and remarkable know-how of its talented tea makers.
This autumnal flush reveals harmonious floral and fruity notes. A delicious Grand Cru with a smooth texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
