Description
While South Korea is better known for its green tea, it does also produce excellent black teas, such as this sejak, which is made by the Choi family. Its leaves are harvested in late April, and benefit from some of the best soil in Boseong. A fantastic sejak!
This Grand Cru reveals intense honeyed, fruity and caramel notes, which develop into a finish with hints of cocoa.
