Jungjak is made in May by the Choi family. Its traditional production method switches between frying leaves on the wok and rolling the leaves, and leads to this tea's characteristic aromas: Highly fresh, with subtly toasted fragrances.
A spring green tea which reveals magnificent, powerful notes and which blends vegetal, iodine and grilled chestnuts notes.
