Description
Located in the village of Nepaltar, Himalayan Shangri-La works alongside local communities to create wonderful tea. This may be a summer flush, but its leaves are only mildly oxidised and reveal delicate floral notes.
This Nepalese summer flush is characterised by almond and floral notes which bring to mind wild flowers, as well as its highly smooth texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
