Description
Gua Pian literally translates as "melon seeds", in reference to the shape of its leaves. The crop of this tea is comprised entirely of young leaves without terminal buds! It is one of the oldest and most renowned teas in China.
A highly complex spring green tea with intense floral and nutty notes that develop against a smooth texture. A true marvel!
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
