Pathivara is the highest tea plantation in Nepal. It usually grows black tea. The region's exceptional climate means that the tea plants produce fresh and delicate spring harvests, just like this white tea.
An organic, highly rounded white spring tea, which reveals intense floral notes that develop into vanilla and fresh almond fragrances.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 175°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
