Description
Bao Zhong is a renowned Taiwanese oolong characterised by the unique way in which its long, crumpled leaves are shaped, as well as its low level of oxidation. It is traditionally produced in Pinglin district.
A fantastic Bao Zhong with floral, vegetal and fruity notes supported by a subtly oily texture which gives the notes a long finish.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 6 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
