A Grand Cru harvested in the Dahei mountains in Yunnan province. It is made from the Taiwanese Jinxuan cultivar, traditionally used to make oolong. Its name, “red dragon”, calls to mind Chinese red teas and Taiwanese black teas.

A tea with woody and cocoa notes boasting an elegant floral finish with hints of freesia. An exceptional black tea with an attractive powdery texture.

Suggestion of preparation

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
