Description

Dark teas are produced using a process that includes fermentation. From the Satemwa plantation in the Shire Highlands in Malawi, this premium tea has undergone accelerated fermentation, and is therefore classed as a "ripe" dark tea.

Go on a journey through the flavours of Africa with this delicious dark tea offering a long finish against a backdrop of fruity, earthy notes.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm: 

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.

With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Prepare this tea iced: 

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
