Description
In Baguashan, the Wang family produces spectacular, iconic oolong teas. This one is made from the renowned si ji chun cultivar. Its leaves are rolled into pearl shapes and lightly oxidised, ensuring its notes stay fresh.
This delicate oolong is sweet and silky to taste, revealing elegant fresh flower and vanilla notes. A highly smooth tea.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
