Description
This black tea is harvested in June, and is made in one of the most beautiful tea gardens in Lao Cai. This garden is found in the village of Ta Thang, where these age-old tea plants blossom in the misty air. It is produced from Shan Tuyet tea plants.
A Grand Cru with strong notes of incense, chocolate and jammy fruits, enhanced by a syrupy texture and an elegant bitterness.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set or a teapot: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
