Suggestion of preparation
How to prepare this infusion hot: Infuse 15g in 1L of water at 85°C for 4 min.
How to prepare this infusion iced: Infuse 20g in 1L of water at room temperature for 45 hour. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.

As I am used to by now, this is also a good quality organic tea, or infusion as I probably should say :o) from Palais des Thés. It is an infusion with a warming feeling that can be drank throughout the whole day. Even though I prefer to drink it in the afternoon or in the evening. It's a good 'tea' but not my favourite, so I score it only with 4 stars.

This is nice but unfortunately not for me. l get dizzy lf l drink more than a cup. My friend loves it and has no issues from it.
