An Indonesian black tea harvested in the mountains of Cisujen. It draws inspiration from famous Chinese tea produced in Fujian. This tea boasts a harvest of finely rolled and very regular leaves rich in buds. An exquisite tea.
A Grand Cru that yields an extremely complex aromatic palette with woody and fruit notes that develop into powerful rose fragrances.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
