For this tea, we selected a whole leaf lemon verbena grown in the Algarve, in southern Portugal. This lemon verbena leaf herbal tea is especially popular due to its fresh and zesty notes, and is renowned for promoting healthy sleep.
This organic herbal tea contains zero caffeine, and can be enjoyed at any time of day. It is perfect when enjoyed in the evening, to treat yourself as you prepare for bed.

Suggestion of preparation
To make hot infusion:
- Temperature: 90°C - 195°F- Quantity: about 1,5 g for a 30cL mug / about 5 g for 1L of water
- Infusion time: 5 minTo make 1L of iced infusion:
- Quantity: 5 g for 1L of water
- Infuse at room temperature for 1h. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.

Lemon verbena.
Average nutritional value per 100 ml: Energy 3 kJ/1 kcal. This herbal tea contains negligible amounts of fat, including saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates including sugars, proteins and salt.
Drink 3 cups per day to get the most from the qualities this herbal tea offers.
