Description
This dark tea is produced using Shan Tuyet tea plants in the village of Cao Bo, in northern Vietnam. It is a Mao Cha, which is a loose dark tea.
It is interesting to compare it with its versions 2022 and 2017.
A sweet-tasting Grand Cru with a rich, aromatic palette combining vegetal and mineral tones, all enhanced by a light astringency.

With the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
