Description
This dark tea is produced using Shan Tuyet tea plants in the village of Cao Bo, in northern Vietnam. It is a Mao Cha, which is a loose dark tea.
It is interesting to compare it with its versions 2021 and 2017.
An organic Grand Cru with a complex aromatic profile and vegetal, ashy notes held together by a gentle astringency and a delicately bitter taste.
