A powerful, aromatic and highly balanced Assam tea, offering woody, polished and spiced notes.
Assam, in north-east India, is renowned for producing black teas with notes of wood and spice, as well as for their tannic structure. Major Robert Bruce discovered the Camellia sinensis assamica tea bushes in this region, through which the Brahmaputra river flows, in the 19th century, from which this tea is made.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
Also delicious iced: steep 8 g / 0.4 OZ in 45 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
Also delicious with milk.
