Inspired by Marcel Proust’s novel, this light tea with delicate roasted notes is perfect to savour while reading.

This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Texture: soft in the mouth

Flavour: sweet

Notes: roasted, woody, fruity (red fruits) and honeyed

With the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 90°C.

To prepare iced tea:

Steep 8g in 50cl of water at room temperature 1h. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
