This invigorating green tea is one of the most popular in Japan, where people love its grassy notes and refreshing fragrance.
Sencha tea makes up 80% of Japan's tea production, it is the most popular tea in the country. Both vivacious and generous, it is especially renowned for its refreshing fragrance and its vegetal notes. Of particular note it its unique production method: following steaming, the leaves are rolled into very fine needles.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Flavour: subtle acidity
Aromas: very vegetal, iodic
With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
