Appearance: small leaves. Color: red and brown. Scents: sweet, heavy notes of cooked fruit (stewed apple), woody (undergrowth) and a few spicy notes (cinnamon).
Liquor
Color: beautiful amber colour, clear and gleaming. Texture in the mouth: a supple attack, then astringent at the back of the mouth. Flavor: acidic and bitter. Aromas: woody, fruity (apple, cooked apple), a few spicy notes, tobacco, and some vanilla (pod) notes. Suggestion of preparation
